We exist to empower K–12 school leaders in creating learning environments where every student can thrive academically, socially, emotionally, and behaviorally. We are integrating whole child development into school culture—combining academic rigor, mental health support, social-emotional learning, and equity-focused practices—which will help leaders build effective tiered support systems (MTSS), use data and predictive analytics to anticipate student needs, and foster strong a collaborative environment among principals, counselors, and instructional coaches. Through this work, schools can design personalized, culturally responsive pathways that. will ensure all students are seen, supported, and are set up for long-term success.
